Holding prestigious certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) and OSHA Outreach Instructor, Tracy brings experience across diverse industries including construction, manufacturing, chemicals, and supply chain. This broad knowledge is channeled into process improvement, safety performance tracking, risk assessment, and comprehensive risk management.
Tracy collaborates with leadership at all levels to develop robust business strategies, organizational development, and sustainable operations, while leveraging innovation and information technology to minimize risks.
A proud United States Air Force veteran, Tracy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences from Indiana University.
